Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing

OneStepToRank is a subscription service billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
• You retain full access to the Service until the end of your paid period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of use, or failure to achieve desired results. Rankings and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and the Service does not guarantee specific results.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances where the fault lies with us:

• Billing errors: Verified duplicate charges or incorrect charge amounts
• Service outages: Extended platform downtime that prevented access for a significant portion of your billing period, verified by our system logs
• Post-cancellation charges: Any charge processed after a valid cancellation request was submitted and confirmed

To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the charge in question. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at [email protected] with:

• Your account email address
• The date and amount of the charge in question
• A description of the issue (billing error, outage, etc.)

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues quickly.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated services
• Dispute the chargeback with documentation of service delivery
• Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any fees imposed on us by our payment processor

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain your current plan features until then.
